Look beyond the din of electoral noise to see our work: PM in Assam

New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was in Assam on Saturday on an electoral campaign. He urged voters in Tezpur to look beyond the "din of electoral noise" to "see the reality".
"Compare the work done by Congress and non-Congress governments before you cast your votes. Sometimes the good work gets drowned in the din of electoral noise," he said.
"I agree in some sectors, we could not achieve as much as we should have but we have made sincere efforts to fulfil your wishes and live up to your expectations," he added.
